DSV Locker
The DSV Locker is your popular any-time courier option. There are around 400 lockers strategically located at Engen service stations around the country. It’s the safe and easy way to send and receive parcels – and you can do it while you fill up with petrol and buy those everyday necessities from the Engen shop! You simply go to the shop, buy the correct packaging and drop it off into the DSV Locker. The person you have sent it to will be notified when it’s at the DSV Locker you selected for collection!

Your step-by-step guide to using the DSV Locker
The DSV Locker is your quick and easy way to send (or collect) parcels – and here’s how you do it!
To send a parcel:
- Find your nearest DSV Locker - click here for our map
- Buy your parcel packaging in store. Insert your item and seal the box
- Complete the delivery note with a SA physical address. Tear off and keep the senders copy!
- Scan the delivery note barcode at the locker, follow the instructions on screen
- Track your parcel online here
To collect a parcel:
- Go to the DSV Locker identified in the SMS or email you received
- Enter your unique pin code to open the door
- Collect your parcel
Help us make sure your delivery takes place on time
- Complete the sender's and receiver's address and contact information in full. The accuracy of the address is important.
- Tear off and keep your “Senders receipt” for tracking purposes
- Parcels are collected and delivered on weekdays between 8am and 5pm
- How long does the DSV Locker take? Deliveries to main centres take 1 to 4 working days, all other areas between 1 to 6 business days

PAKs are not to be used for the following
- Deliveries to mines, embassies, informal settlements, appointment-based deliveries or tender documents.
- Fragile, dangerous, hazardous, illegal or perishable goods.
- Parcels containing the above or parcels with incomplete delivery information will not be delivered.
PAK terms and conditions
The sender warrants that they have authority to contract with DSV on behalf of the owner of the goods on these terms and conditions. DSV is not a public or common carrier. DSV does not carry fragile, dangerous or hazardous goods and the sender is liable for all and any damages and losses which result from carriage of same. Goods are carried at owner’s risk.
DSV’s maximum liability for loss or damage to goods, howsoever caused, will be R250 per shipment, regardless of the value of the goods. DSV is not liable in any circumstances for any consequential or indirect losses or damage, howsoever caused. Any claim in respect of loss or damage to goods must be received by DSV within 7 days of dispatch, failing which DSV will have no liability whatsoever.
